These Terms of Service govern your use of zaunder.com and any purchase of products from Zaunder. In these Terms, “Zaunder,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Zaunder, with a business mailing address at support@zaunder.com . By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked on the site.
Eligibility and site use
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may use the site only for lawful personal or internal-business purposes.
You must not interfere with site security or operation; access systems or data without authorisation; use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest site content except as permitted by applicable law; use the site for fraud or unlawful activity; submit false or deceptive information; or use Zaunder intellectual property without permission.
Product information and use
We aim to present our products accurately. Colours, brightness, and other visual characteristics may vary because of device displays, environmental lighting, and photography. Product descriptions, dimensions, controls, included components, and specifications are those stated on the applicable product page at the time of order.
Use products only as intended and in accordance with any supplied instructions. Do not use a product where it is visibly damaged or where use would be unsafe.
Pricing, promotions, and availability
Prices, offers, availability, shipping options, and promotional terms may change before an order is accepted. We may correct typographical, pricing, availability, product-description, or promotional errors, including after an order is submitted. If a material error affects your order, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund of amounts paid.
Quantity-offer pricing must be selected and reflected in cart and checkout before payment. Cart and checkout display the applicable price, discounts, taxes, and shipping charges before an order is completed. If the checkout total does not match an advertised offer, do not complete payment; contact support@zaunder.com for assistance.
Orders and order acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that we accepted it. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, unauthorised payment, pricing or inventory error, address-verification failure, resale activity, sanctions/compliance concerns, or other legitimate operational reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or items to the original payment method. We may contact you to verify order information before accepting or shipping an order.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Shipping, cancellation, returns, refunds, and damaged-item claims are governed by the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Zaunder name, logos, site design, text, images, graphics, videos, product descriptions, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Zaunder and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, create derivative works from, or use that content for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and products are provided without warranties other than those expressly stated by Zaunder or required by law. We do not disclaim rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaunder is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the site or products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaunder’s aggregate liability arising from a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury where liability cannot be waived, or non-waivable consumer rights.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date and will apply prospectively. The Terms in effect when you place an order govern that order unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.
